Staged Homes Sell Quicker! Staged Homes Command a Higher Sell Price! Before staging, your attention is drawn to the oversized sectional and the clutter which makes the family room appear much smaller than it is. By editing out furniture, artwork, family photos, misc. knick-knacks and all toys, the room became open, light and bright. The sectional was separated and the corner wedge was put in storage to create more space. An antique Victrola was re-positioned in the corner. Black-out drapes were removed from the large window to draw attention to the only focal point. Potential buyers can now focus on the architecture instead of the homeowner’s belongings. |
