3-Day Home Staging Seminar

Tues., Oct 7; Wed., Oct 8; and Thur., Oct 9, 2008

Day One:  9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. -  Hands-On Staging of a Home for Sale (Location is determined and communicated to participants one week prior to Seminar) – Dress Casual, Lunch Provided

Day Two:  9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  Location: “Accessories Plus – Set the Stage” Whse., 5475 Peoria St., Denver. Breakfast and Lunch Provided; Dress is Casual. 

On Day Two, we will meet at the Accessories Plus Whse. for a half day session on how to stage a vacant home using actual rental furnishings (furniture, accessories & artwork) from Accessories Plus. We will configure different scenarios for key living spaces that sell the home! You will learn how to choose and price rental furnishings for your clients based on their budget and the style of the home. Because there are so many vacant homes in the Denver market, this is an extremely important part of the class.

Day Three:  9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Marketing and Business Program, Manuals Provided.  Location: Glass House Conference Room, 1700 Bassett Street, Denver, 80202.  Dress Casual, Breakfast & Lunch Provided

All information is current and working knowledge based on both past and current experience in staging homes professionally.

Cost of 3-Day Home Staging Workshop:
Three-full days! On day one you will be evaluating and participating in staging an actual home for market. Day two is dedicated to the business and marketing aspects of the industry. On Day three we learn how to stage a vacant home using actual rental furnishings (furniture, accessories & artwork) from Accessories Plus. Classes are limited to 10 for individual benefit. Cost for the 3-Day Workshop is $999.00 USF per person.  Please make check payable to Colorado Home Staging, Inc. and mail to: 24457 E. Frost Dr., Aurora, CO 80016. “Home Staging Expert” (HSE) certificate is mailed to class participant after mailing in “before/after” photos of one staging job, in addition to attending the 3-day workshop.

 A full refund will be given if the student cancels 14 days prior to the first day of class.   A 50% refund will apply if the student cancels at any time after the 14-day cancellation period.
